The reason for the questions is to determine weather the bondholders would be better off forcing the company into bankruptcy or swaping their debt to stock….Please answer with average figures, or best estimates! (BTW, the company is MOVI)

I’m not sure if it was last year or the year before last, but one of them my mom filed for bankruptcy and I was wanting to know if she could still cosign my student loans. I’m going with Chase if that helps.

Just FYI, no try FAFSA, or get grants, or Federal loans, or see your financial aid office. I’ve already done all of that. Privet loans are my last option. Ty.
